  • Keeping track of the medicines: Keep track of all the medications that you have been recommended by the doctor. Take your medicines regularly and if you are seeing another doctor, you must present your previous prescriptions to give him a clear picture of your previous medications.
  • Keeping a track of the body weight: If the body weight increases significantly, it would mean that fluid is being accumulated in the body. In such cases, the doctor would recommend some added diuretics if required.
  • Keeping a track of the blood pressure levels: It is a must. If you are a serious patient, your blood pressure needs to be monitored almost everyday for betterment. An increase in the blood pressure level indicates serious problem. Keeping the blood pressure levels normal is extremely necessary.
